About Denise
I am the Senior Upstream Energy Risk Engineer. My main tasks include providing the Upstream Energy Underwriters with risk analyses of oil and gas projects, both in construction and operational phases, to assist with their Technical Underwriting. Additionally, I offer engineering insight into Claims when submitted by Clients and provide the Upstream Energy Team with insights on emerging risks in the sector. Before entering the Insurance Industry, I spent many years working as a Petroleum Engineer in International Oil and Gas companies. I have been employed as an Upstream Energy Risk Engineer since May 2016. Furthermore, I am a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and The Oil, Petroleum and Energy Risks Association (Opera).
