About Elman
I am a Senior Consultant to the Hiscox Crisis Management division in Miami. I joined Hiscox in December 2014, serving as Managing Director of Hiscox Special Risks, Miami, until January 2019.
My role is to support the Hiscox Crisis Management Miami team with business development, training, and consultancy. I travel extensively to meet with clients and producers.
I have worked in the insurance industry for 27 years. Prior to insurance, I was an officer in the US Air Force. During my insurance career, I have worked exclusively in Kidnap and Ransom insurance in a variety of roles: underwriter, broker, manager, and now, as a consultant.
