About Martin
I joined Hiscox in November 2024 as a Power Generation Engineer in the Power and Renewables team. My role involves working with the underwriters to analyse the engineering risks of both conventional and renewable power generation assets worldwide. Prior to joining Hiscox, I started my engineering career in 2013. This has included various roles in the energy sector, where I worked with technologies related to li-ion batteries, natural gas processing, and gas turbines. I have a master's degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering and I am part of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
