About Paul
I joined Hiscox in 1992, as a trainee underwriter on the Fine Art Box. In 1993 I moved over to join what was at the time called “606”, which we all now know as our High Net Worth household line. In 1997 I moved back to underwriting in Lloyd’s, working on the Personal Accident, Contingency, and Overseas Homes accounts. In 2000 I took on the US Binding Authority business, by 2005 this had become a significant book of business and the Property Division was created which I was fortunate to be asked to lead. In May of 2013 I was asked to take the helm of the newly created Hiscox London Market Insurance business, as well as becoming the Active Underwriter for Syndicate 33.
