I am the Flood Line Underwriter within the Property division at Hiscox, leading our US private flood product offering for residential and commercial risks and overseeing our binding authority contracts.
I joined Hiscox in 2015 on the Graduate Scheme as part of the Household binders team before moving into Flood in 2019 when it was spun out into a separate line of business. During my time working in the Household and Flood teams, I co-created, developed and launched our award-winning proprietary US flood platform – FloodPlus, allowing Hiscox to become a market leader in private flood. I returned to lead Flood in mid-2023 after a period heading up the Alternative Risk line of business - a cross-class delegated authority underwriting team, writing areas of niche, specialist and multi-line business that is predominantly non-correlating with the rest of Hiscox London Market.
I am a Fellow of the Society of Underwriting Professionals (FCII) and completed an Executive MBA with the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
