About Tracey
I am a Senior Claims Underwriter in the London Market Casualty Claims team with a primary focus on US General Liability claims and joined Hiscox in May 2024. I am a qualified Solicitor and first entered the insurance market in 2022, prior to which I worked in Private Practice for 16 years. I spent most of my legal career focused on defending catastrophic injury claims on behalf of insurers. In my role at Hiscox, I am responsible for handling a variety of claims across Casualty lines, which includes working closely with lawyers and other experts to achieve the best outcomes on the claims we receive. In addition, I am part of the Education Committee, which ensures that all our Claims Underwriters and other employees are fully up to date on legal developments and emerging trends affecting the insurance market and the claims we handle.
